Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, child-centred and an aspirational leader, committed to inspiring and supporting pupils, staff and the wider school community to build on the successes of our schools.

What you will bring to our school

  • Experience and ability to lead, inspire and challenge a skilled and committed staff team to deliver outstanding outcomes for the students at London East Academy and pupils at Al Mizan Primary School.
  • Experience of headship or deputy headship or equivalent in experience in education.
  • experience of teaching in the mainstream system beyond school teaching practise.
  • commitment to promoting the vision and Islamic values of the school so that everyone feels valued as individuals and can contribute to creating a community who honour all people.
  • commitment to developing your own professional and Islamic self-development: a strong combination of Imaan, Taqwa, Competence (ITC).
